This property boasts all the conveniences of home, including quality furnishings, dishwasher, two bathrooms, satellite TV and wireless Internet. There’s also a large deck accessible from the living area and lots of room outdoors for dining, entertaining and lounging. Kids will have plenty of space outdoors to play and explore.
The open concept living room, kitchen and dining areas share patio doors leading to the wrap-around deck – ideal for entertaining. Dining in this home is a breeze with a table seating 6 and the kitchen island seating an additional 4. Two bedrooms are located on the main level – one with 2 single beds and the second with 1 queen. A half bathroom is also located on this level. The Master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom are located on the second level. Also on the second level is a charming living area for those looking for a little quiet time. Completing the amenities is the family room with a TV in the basement – great for the kids!
For golfers, Dune Our Thing is an ideal location for convenient access to some of the Island’s world-class courses. Green Gables Golf Club, Glasgow Hills, Eagles Glenn, Anderson Creek and Rustico Golf Club are all within a five to fifteen-minute drive.
The neighbouring communities of Cavendish, Stanley Bridge and North Rustico have plenty to offer while enjoying your stay – theme parks, a water park, and lots of other kid-friendly activities. Beaches, restaurants, deep sea fishing, fresh seafood, shopping, groceries, pharmacy and a liquor store are all accessible within a five to fifteen-minute drive. Reservation Policy
- 50% deposit required to confirm bookings.
- $69 Accidental Damage Protection Fee will be added to your final payment.
- Cancellation 90 days or more prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5%.
- Cancellation less than 90 days prior to booking date: Deposit will be refunded less 5% ONLY if we can rent the week(s). If we are unable to rent the week(s) you are responsible for paying the FULL value of the booking. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or book using a credit card that provides travel insurance.
- Final payment will be charged to your credit card 5 – 7 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds at this point.
- Properties that supply park passes, please be sure to leave in cottage at check-out as there is a $125 replacement charge.
